Argentina and Peru are expressly listed by China’s National Immigration Administration for ordinary-passport visa-free entry for business, tourism, visits to relatives/friends, exchange visits or transit. The policy was stated as valid through 24:00 on 31 December 2026. No advance consular declaration is required. The official online arrival-card service is optional and free; paper cards and port completion remain available. Do not use for work, study, news coverage or similar purposes.
